Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be Assamese citizens living there permanently.
- Candidates must currently reside in Assam.
- The income of a household should not exceed two lakh rupees.
- The beneficiaries’ name must match the bank’s records and they must possess a bank account.
- We will not include households with no female members.
- In the application process, widows, divorced women, and people with disabilities will be given preference.
Financial Benefits
- The State’s 27.77 lakh eligible families will benefit from Arunodoi Asoni. On the tenth of every month, each beneficiary would receive Rs. 1250.
- The Orunodoi Scheme uses direct benefit transfer to offer 27.77 lakh women in the State cash assistance.
- Expenses for medicine to maintain health are covered by the Orunodoi Scheme, which offers a 50% subsidy for the purchase of four kilograms of sugar, Rs. 150 for fruits and vegetables, Rs. 170 for essential needs, and Rs. 250 for Deen Dayal DivyangjanAchoni and Indira Miri Sarbojanin Biswa Pension Achoni per family.
