Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for applying under this scheme is simple and are given below:-
- The applicant should be a permanent resident of the country.
- The applicants belonging to the scheduled castes and scheduled Tribes are eligible for applying under this scheme.
- Applicants who are partially or completely disabled are eligible.

The firt installment will be of 3000 rupees. The second installment will be provided after the child birth is registered and this amount will be rupees 2000.
